Great to hear of personal experience where things went wrong. This reemphasises how easy it is to cause damage to ourselves. The training was insightful and practical with great video to support the training points.

Having attended a number of Manual Handling Courses over the years this was a very useful refresher. Although why I had to know the difference between a Strain and a Sprain when completing the assessment at the end I'm not sure!

Found the course an interesting refresher.

Suggestion - as this was focused in an office envirnoment, it would have been useful to have examples reflected in a factory - manufacturing workplace, or to undertake a separate MH in a factory envirnoment.

overall very good, very informative. correct amount of information given. not too long or short. feel like i know everything i need to. the only complaint I have which stopped me rating it as 5 Star rating was that there should be a pause button, i know it was all in sections and then subdivided further...but when i started the training my collegue came and tapped me on the back and i had to quickly get up and leave my desk to help her.. when i came back i had to rewatch abit of the video i had already seen becuase it carried on playing and i couldnt pause it. So just add pausing facility and you cant get better than that.

I have started putting good posture and manual handling techniques into practice already, and hope to feel the benefits shortly.

Worth while have taken prog onboard. VERY GOOD.

I found the programme very easy to follow and very informative. i liked that i could review any sections which i felt i needed clarification on. i would recomend this course to others and would use again in the future.

this training will help to educate staff within the setting.

The information given was clear, precise and accurate, video clips were helpful, and good idea to have questions at the end, shows you have paid attention.
