could be shortened. ok though.

I though it did not need the video that had the the 2 females describing how they got back pain ect, would of had the same impact without it.

Good pace, unpatronising and worth doing

A good qourse delivered at a reasonable speed. I did it individually on a pc and think it may have had added value doining it a group setting.

5/5
Well run, efficient and clear.

Alot of this was common sense to me, but I did learn a few medical facts, which was good,It has been helpful in that I can observe others and knowingly advize.and suggest.. Every client is different in their needs and I never feel pressurised into anything pyhsically difficult, but it was good to get a few more hints and advice.

Very informative course

A good course pitched at a good level, allowing a broad range of skill sets to fully understand the basics of manual handling. The medical side of the course is very interesting and quickly dispells many misunderstanings of the term "slipped disc". The demonstraions are most useful and clearly describe the correct and safest techniques for lifting. As with all training courses people have differing opinions on the content and level, and whilst the videos demonstrate the lifting of a PC and a table, in in my personal opinion perhaps using some more day-to-day examples of different loads would be useful. This would better show the problems with unequal loads and the more uneven shaped loads that may be encountered.

It was a good presentation

Good worthwhile training presentation.

4 Stars

A good training programme with good graphics, however I got bored with the personnal comments by the 2 ladies in the first section. As these did not contribute to the test questions, are they necessary. The longer training programmes like this take the "mind wander" factor increases.
