The software was very forgiving and easy to use, I rememebr using the dvd for manual handelling and this was a much more convinent way to learn.
The training DVD was very clear, easy to follow and easy to understand. Although a lot of it is common sense it does highlight how easy it is to hurt your back, and how a few simple steps can help to reduce the chances of serious injury.
Learnt some intresting things about my back!
I don't learn well from video of talking heads - as that's all you provided, I've now forgotten most of the training. Plus, your videos were so information light that I kept getting bored.
Although the programme was really good - it was irritating having to wait for the videos to load.
The training part is a bit long winded. The same question appeared twice on the test, both times the answer was different resulting in 2 wrong answers.
One down side is that there isn't the oportunity to have your lifting technique reviewed by a competent person so overall I would say that this training lacks a practical element.
My only minor negative comment would be the short pages before clickinging to proceed.
Interesting way of learning
This is a good generic overview of manual handling techniques to be applied whenever necessary.
