ridiculous have to redo same training every year. should be option to undertake test straight off then only have to redo training if don't achieve a certain level.

when pausing the training it would not re-start when pressing the play button, I had to leave the training then go back in. Also the continue button to use after answering a question was off screen.

While I agree that this stuff is important and it's good to get a refresher, it is frankly patronising to someone who has done this kind of thing before, and the pace is far too slow.

As a refresher it is woefully inadequate - due to the repetition of so many basic common sense facts (and facts across related courses), it is both unecessarily time-consuming AND means it is likely that the facts that do need to be absorbed are less likely to be because of the learner has switched off by then. In addition, some of the test questions test statistics/facts which do nothing to actually promote actual practice of safety.
Completed this course and after 23 years service at Bio-Rad I can now lift a box safely.....The person who compiled this course needs congratulating.............
