Good pace, unpatronising and worth doing

A good qourse delivered at a reasonable speed. I did it individually on a pc and think it may have had added value doining it a group setting.

Very informative course

A good course pitched at a good level, allowing a broad range of skill sets to fully understand the basics of manual handling. The medical side of the course is very interesting and quickly dispells many misunderstanings of the term "slipped disc". The demonstraions are most useful and clearly describe the correct and safest techniques for lifting. As with all training courses people have differing opinions on the content and level, and whilst the videos demonstrate the lifting of a PC and a table, in in my personal opinion perhaps using some more day-to-day examples of different loads would be useful. This would better show the problems with unequal loads and the more uneven shaped loads that may be encountered.

It was a good presentation

Good worthwhile training presentation.

Very good

Very good and comprehensive. Learnt just as much, if not more, than I did from a Manual Handling course in a class with a trainer. Excellent.

Good format

I like the way it is set out, apart from the 'NEXT' buttons aren't immediately obvious. It's great to give to a trainee, and to be able to tell from the pass mark whether the training has been effective.Maybe we'll take some ideas for our internal (non-H&S) training...

Very easy to follow

Refreshing and informative. Easy to follow. Just right length of time for an introductory course.

Easy to use basic simple explanations

I tried it for myself mainly to see the timing reqiured for taking the course but found it very interesting and forgot about the timing required. But all in all timing doesnt matter getting the manual handling training over to everyone in our work place is most important and this course certainly does that.
