Although these courses can be a bit tiresome as we all think we 'know how to do everything', it was still informative and I never felt I was being treated like a child.
Enjoyable, well delivered course which makes you think about how you should use your body correctly on a daily basis to minimise spinal injury.

I was surprised that the female demonstartor wore long trousers (dragging the floor) which I would consider to be a trip hazard, especially if moving backwards with a trolley as demonstrated. Otherwise I found the cotent ot this course to be informative and easy to understand.
great refresher
excellent refresher on how to lift safely both at work and at home. I will be using these techniques whenever I have to lift objects
The program will not work on mobiles. Very disappointed.
