It is good to refresh your brain on what is really common sense.
A well presented, clear and concise training video. The questions were quizzical but not too hard.
Nice course to do
I like the video format, however personally I don't like the fact that it is split into 36 short clips everyone learns differently but I found this very off-putting.
Lifting objects is taking for granted at work or at home, being reminded of good, neutral posture, your power zone is so important.
I found this course easy to follow. Each small unit was the perfect size and it was fantastic that I could stop and start again when it suited. The explanations were very clear and the diagrams and pictures really helped. I thought the course was very informative and useful for work and everyday life .
i felt the questions were very misleading and confusing at times and the video could have been shorter
