I really liked the way the course was presented with slides, videos and summaries of each section. There were resources that you could access as it lead you through. The content was clear and gave important information. I enjoyed the experience. Thank you.

the course was very informative and easy to understand
Although this course covered basic lifting techniques from the floor, waist height and high level, it failed to address the most common lifting that people do i.e from a car boot with a lip, where it is far more difficult to apply your techniques put forward in the training.
