Instructions were clear and concise. The training videos were well executed. The Tutor's presentation was first class. A very well presented and executed training manual with lots of information.

The videos were easy to watch and very informative. I liked the summary at the end of each module. Excellent idea to have multiple choice answers as it made me feel more comfortable when doing the test.

I found the Manual Handling Training, helpful and informative. It made me aware of my current posture and to be more cautions when doing manual handling tasks. As well as to maintain a good posture throughout the day.

The course would do better if a practical set up of tasks went alongside this audible course.

Good training for helping to move equipment around office and now we are working at home moving equipment out of the office.

Stops you becoming blasé about your actions.
