This course educates all people what ever they do on an every day basis.
Course was good but interrupted by terrible buffering that occurred at the same place on a number of laptops so seemed to be a problem with the course rather than internet access. Thus much of the impact of the course was lost.
Easy to understand, pace was just right, not too much information.
The manual handling course was clear and engaging, it explained the safe ways of lifting objects in an interesting manner. I was very pleased to score 100% , proving the course was excellent. Many thanks Russ.
