Understanding my back helped me to understand what is happening when lifting heavy objects so was a good addition to previous manual handling training I've experienced.
I felt the course narrator was very clear and concise and kept my attention. The sections were short and to the point so it kept me interested rather than being too long and boring. Overall I feel it is a good replacement particularly for staff who have taken manual handling training in person previously

I am sure this was a new course provided for this training - it was well presented and so I found it more informative and can I say 'enjoyable'!!!
