It's a good course that reinforces things we probably all know (but maybe forget) and the reasons behind them. Offers some useful simple tips too. Really helpful!
section 3 lifting at head height onto top of steps - there would be no 3 point contact if you was to attempt to carry load down the steps as suggested in the video. testing of the weight - because steps are angled - access to the lift area means you are either stretching or twisting........ this section needs to be revisited. correct platform steps would be used in this area not fold up type apex steps
This course was clearly laid out easy to follow all sections. It has given me more confidence to do on line training as no log ins and able to do with limited ITs
Everything was perfect with the test, I just wish it had a submit answer button on I accidentally tapped an answer I wasn't intending on pressing

I carried out the test and answered one question incorrectly. It asked me if I wanted to exit and review which I did - but it wouldn't offer me the test again. Even though all elements of the course were ticked as being completed. It kept taking me back to the beginning of the course. I didnt want to sit through the entire thing again (as I dont do very many manual handling tasks working in an admin role and home based) so shut it down.
