Thought provoking, challenging and informative. It gave me a real insight over techniques and practices to consider when implementing change.

Interesting and food for thought,

Reading is more engaging than listening to the same faces telling me things. It is more like trailheads.

The course covered all aspects of changes in a logical presentation. Moving through the screens was easy and the links to further explain each section were very useful. The use of prompts in the form of questions throughout reinforced the learnings from the section.

I am currently having to manage a significant change at work, with some team members embracing it, and some resisting. This course has made it easier for me to understand what is going on and how best to manage it.

An interesting quick course which taught me the different stages of change and how to work through changes with my staff, and how to get the best from them. An easy quiz at the end to ensure your knowledge is sound.

This was good but it lost something without visuals as well as text. Even just a picture of the graphs mentioned would have helped to break up the reading a little and thereby help the learning.

Outdated, looks old. We (the UK) are in times of change so this might need a focus!
