The course was too long, the content was OK but it could of easily summarised within 20 slides not nearly 100.
Full of common sense but seems to be mainly aimed at the fragile elements of the workforce. The bureaucrats have won on this one.
Deliverance as always excellent, however as they themselves state this training is not really ready o complete yet.
The first bit about checking your vehicle and planning your route was irrelevant to lone working. The course could be shorter and more focussed on lone working risks.
Whilst useful and there were some good points, I found it too long and it was heavy reading at times.
Essential information was given. Rest breaks were very helpful. Presentation was dull and unstimulating
As a manager of home support staff I wanted this to be more about working in client's home and less about staff checking their car oil and tyres or taking a taxi somewhere
Needs the animations etc. also doesn't always match our organisational policies and procedures.
