mostly irrelevant

This course is good for people working in offices, urban areas with customer/client contact. However, we work at an agricultural research institute. Lone working here involves working outdoors, in remote locations, in all kinds of weather conditions and sometimes in close vicinity with animals (cattle/sheep). the course therefore was mostly irrelevant to the work we do. I would have wished for something covering things like behavior around animals, reaching remote locations (traveling off road, crossing rivers etc), emergency procedures should something happen (how to make sure you can be located etc.)

Very patronising.

If you need this type of training, you would be better staying at home.

Not a good course.

Would not recommend for anybody who is a lone worker. The first half of the course is common sense. I don't want to be told how I should travel to work. Second half was more relevant, but I - as a learner - had stopped concentrating due to the dull nature of the first half.

Almost had to call the Samaritans

Excruciatingly painful experience as far as courses go.

Far too short not enough information,

I feel that 49min is not enough time when some ones wellbeing and life could be in danger. It was very brief and totally not accurate. I really could have got all this information in the internet and the test really is too easy.
