the slides with animation and not just talking would have improved it though
Good overview. My only criticism would be regarding the advice not to read books or look at your phone on public transport. Personal dynamic risk assessment will indicate that in most instances on public transport that these are perfectly safe activities.

A little long, as most of is common and sense, but always good to refresh knowledge.
The course is comprehensive. I would however split lone working and safety they are two separate issues. Each could have its own course.
Interesting points how to receive guests surprised me. It helped me to understand how I can protect myself which was never in my mind when I receive guests.
Lots of useful information but did cover the obvious in some cases. Understandable why this was though.
The course was too long, even with the breaks, I found myself distracted and almost nodding off. Perhaps it can be split into two courses.
