very good training course for awareness and safety
The safer method before starting the work is to double check everything is in control such as power is isolated, switches are locked and everyone are well informed.

This gets the basics across but does not include how to isolate different valves switches and cylinders with stored energy (hydraulic and Pneumatic) with chains props and biscuits and i cant remember it mentioning releasing any stored energy through a bleed valve
