Easy to understand and the test was kept to the information provided. Would have preferred a full length video to remove delays on loading each section.

this was a good course and also gives you a good understanding of legionella it gives you a good insight to the effects of legionella and makes you release how dangerous the disease is.

The process was fine, the repeated playing of each section was a bit tedious, perhaps answering a question at each break to initiate the next section maybe a better process. The majority of the content was common sense

Excellent overview. Great presentation and videos and diagrams. Information useful and the test questions very helpful. The downloadable resources are very good and it's really helpful to be able to have closed captions and a transcript. I would have given the full 5 stars if a downloadable transcript with screen shots of the video clips and diagrams was available at the end. I issue logins from another provider to colleagues for an online course on liquid nitrogen use in universities and we get a booklet of course materials plus other useful bits included once the course has been completed and passed. Prices are comparable too.
