Not sure if a little more detail could have been given re what to look out for eg. how often to clean shower heads/how to clean; piping exposed to sunlight, ahead of a professional person being tasked to undertake a risk assessment.
Whilst going back to check and answer the course completed itself ?, Never had this before in all the years of using iHASCO training.
Clear delivery, accompanying video useful. End test was good to ensure understanding.

A good course and well presented. Interesting to know how serious and dangers of water-borne bacterial infections occurring. A course most people should complete.
