disppaointed with this course, some misinformation and odd emphasis on priorities for teaching

I am currently working from home but have a good internet connection, the audio quality was very poor, the speech was broken and sometimes the video had to be replayed.

This is very basic information and gives an extremely low level understanding of legionella awareness. It's also really irritating that it doesn't just play and instead you constantly have to click for the next slide.

I could only score this two stars however because the volume would cut out after around ten seconds of every video so I had to read the Transcript on all of the videos. Many videos would also simply buffer and not load even the pictorials. That said, I still learnt a lot from the course by just reading the content and perhaps it is wrong to assume that the failings are a fault of IHASCO's and could be a local issue with our internet or the PC I am using.

I had the volume on maximum but it was extremely low and I struggled to hear so found this very difficult. The multiple choice questions were good though I enjoyed those

Very slow progressing through the course and I was thrown out of the test part way through and had to restart - very frustrating!

Non of the videos word except a foew of the legioella ones, this makes the exams guess work to pass. Besides that, the exam and information is good. - thanks
