If someone had no knowledge of Legionella this course would be easy to understand, but with knowledge of Legionella this course was a bit to basic
Buffered a lot so took a lot longer than it should have not sure if it was a network error in our building etc

good basics, very general and not relevant to our industry.
The course offers an insight into the history and causes of leigonella which is of course important. However it didn't teach me new information, although I understand why we need to review our knowledge on the subject
Sufficient but could be more informative.
Good course but I found it annoying that I couldn't resit the test without going through the whole thing again. I got one question wrong and wanted 100% but didn't have the time to go through the whole course again.

some of the wording in the test could of been better. as a qualified plumber by trade when doing regular temperature checks its best to test these at outlets rather than by the cylinder. you'd mostly check the temperature at the cylinder if there was something wrong with the cylinder thermostat to check its operating correctly and what the temperature is at the cylinder isn't always what is at the outlet due to temperature loss through the system.
The presentation is a bit one dimensional of the "talking heads" variety. Use of more graphics to break up the talking would be better.
