Well presented in a clear and easy followable format, allowing you to be able to move back through to listen to parts again if needed.
Been using ladders for many years, but still learnt a couple of tips from this course.However, some bad basic grammar and English used! S17- "there are two of you.", not, "there is two of you." S18- Dos & Don'ts, not Do's & Don't's (although do's is accepted)cheers

Very well put together course, I must admit I did mumble things like is that really going to be possible in the working world, but ultimately, it’s a very good course, well put together and good food for thought.
I feel there should be more emphasis on the detailed regular inspections ie, every 3, 6 or 12 months dependant on frequency of use and that such inspections are carried out by a competent and trained person, ie has completed ladder inspection training these is reflected in LA455 and The Ladder Associations Code of Practice guidance documents.
