If i were to follow the rules on this course i would be removed/thrown of site. Never carry a ladder on your shoulder it should be held at arms length below your waist. Also never mark, tape or paint a ladder as it could cover up any defects in the structure and would be unseen.
Please have someone check the English grammar of this course and Slips, Trips, and Falls. Subject and verb should agree in number! Grammatical errors are distracting for someone taking the training if they are native speakers of English. In safety training, the trainee should be able to concentrate on the course content.
