If you replay the video question to make sure before you click it shuffles the answer order. You may have selected answer B and want to confirm the question, it dups you back you click and as you realise its shuffled the pack. Why! Also some of the questions are just designed to trip rather than test knowledge that you can take back into the workplace. Done loads of these over the years.
Probably 3 times longer than it needed to be As a manager in a large company, many of the topics are handled at the facilities level and were not relevant The script strayed into preaching rather than covering the essentials I need to know You don't need to be so apocalyptic throughout the course on everything. And then at the end have a section on "myths"! The only vaguely useful section of this course is in how to write risk assessments

I was disappointed with the course, not only because I only got 67%. But I was expecting it to be more common sense questions, so that you would take note of hazards, how to prevent them, what process to put in place, like the basic Health and Safety one, not factual, and figure remembering, as in needing to know how much it would cost you if you were prosecuted, how many people would die. Surely just the fact that people could be injured/ die, or that you will be prosecuted should be enough to ensure you follow Health and Safety!
As someone who has done courses like this for 15 years a skip slides to test should be made available as I am doing multiple courses at once with no volume or subtitles and still passing the courses.
