Good course

This is a good course for anyone stepping up or being promoted to a management position, as it goes through the various pieces of H&S legislation that you wil come across in the management of H&S within business.

4/5
A clear and well organised course

There is the right mix of visual guides, examples, and talking to keep the interest of staff through a lot of otherwise detailed information. Graphics assist with understanding and the overall content and delivery is excellent.

5/5
Comprehensive

This training was comprehensive, not focusing too closely on any one industry, and provided helpful steps to fulfilling the role

the course was well set out

as with most training I think that the addition of a hand out which the delegates can refer to at a glance would be beneficial as there is a lot of legislation to remember and risk assessment hierarchy apart from this small point the course is fine and will be a good starter point for our managers and supervisors

Good summary of manager's duties.

Good summary of manager's duties and current legislation. The test reinforced the main points
