easy to understand, not over complicated, clear and helpful.particularly the stress at work clip, most memorable
I found the programme very help full it opened my eyes into relevant risks in the work place. I will look at other programmes and recommend this type of training.
Easy to follow and made it all relevant. Just about right length for all programme.
Content is good but on my edition the slides didn't load which made it a little more tricky. Most was already familliar to me so it was refresh. Speach delivery was a little on the simplistic side but, good enunciation ensured that even I (with impaired hearing) didn't miss anything.
Initially had error message "Cannot load M3U8 crossdomain access denied" and video would not run. This was eventually fixed and experienced that the section on Insurance ran twice and the section on Legislation on noise was replaced by COSHH that ran twice. Problems finding out what training parts were missing according to the program and was allowed to do the test
There was a lot of information imparted and this was done without the breaks of testing. It would be better to intersperse the videos with more frequent testing to break them up rather than save 15 questions to the end. There needs to be a downloadable resource to accompany the course covering all the different legislation; no one will remember all of that. The videos were well presented. Some of the questions were not relevant to a practitioners in business eg I gathered from the course that there are 9 million lost days - all I need to know is that the figure is significant - I have no need to be able to recite the actual figure in a test! S.me of the questions could have been more meaningful to those of us on the ground.
The course would be a good starting point for someone with no knowledge but considering the implications of Health & Safety more information and the testing of the comprehension of the information received is needed.
