Overall a good intro, but really think certain parts could be shortened, especially to make sure people's attention is retained.
the content of the Training was well explained and very easy to follow and understand. The section on "Safety Signs" was quite interesting and put forward in a way to be easily remembered. However the section on First Aid should be a little more in depth
