Easy to use with clear information.

During this section the programmes stalled and paused on several occasions ,making the running time much longer

Pitched at the right level, simple yet thorough and delivered in the comfort of one's own home.

Course was quickly completed, content was at the right level. Was good to go over all the areas section by secion and could be done in a time to suit everyone.

Comprehensive programme, easy to navigate my way through and follow the instructions.

The content was relevant and covered all topics in a very logical and easy to understand manner. The only slight problem I found was with the sound quality at the start of some sections, particularly the fire section where there was no sound initially. However, this did not impair my understanding of the topic.

I found the course easy to access and found I was aware of things without realising it as you come across them in daily life

This was a straightforward approach to the essentials of workplace health and safety. It was clearly presented, simple to follow and completed in one short session.

Useful for ofice based staff, less so for our care homes as does nto cover infuction control or speacial risks relating to clients. Also not mentio of working time directive,
