You need to sort out the videos, when windowed I saw a white screen with quite talking and when full screen the video kept pausing and buffering to the point of frustration. After watiing 10 minutes for a 3 minute video clip to load I ended up having to skip that leason which really defeats the purpose of the training.

A lot of this test is total common sense and doesn't really apply to working in an office - I would still incorporate all the information but it could be done in a much more concise way. It alludes to the fact that the company has a health and safety policy but doesn't actually point you to it or give you any information about what our H&S policy is - I have yet to be told where this is or what it entails, where our fire exits are etc. It would be a lot better if this online test was tailored to the IET.

The questions on the arbitrary academic facts, such as percentages, included in the programmes cause me to expend considerable effort trying to remember them. This is a serious distraction resulting in my paying less attention to the very important practical information being provided. Although interesting I am absolutely certain that it is totally unnecessary for most people to need to remember many of the arbitrary academic facts, such as percentages, that are included. Also I imagine that none academically minded people find it extremely difficult to answer these questions.

lose attention span quite quickly watching someone just speaking. it needs more videos or actual site videos to keep interest. I..e a video of a fire and how this travel or using appropriate extinguishers to put out correct fires video or video on site of steps being used would be more entertaining and interesting rather than someone just talking through.

Programme kept freezing or jumping sections. Also it would appear that although I completed the test and thought I had sent it through it was'nt received by my HR manager.

Most of the target employees in my company are peripatetic - we are often (usually) either on client sites or visiting sites for a few days that we do not know. This training completely ignores such employees, it assumes I am working in the same place all the time. The only time I do that is when I am working from home, which is something else which is IGNORED.
