The test was poor as the images did not load. This meant answering 'which type of sign is this' questions were impossible to get right.

Unfortunately, when I took the course, the videos stopped playing part way into the Hazards and Risks section, and I completed with audio only. (Slide show pictures were OK)Also found the course to be less engaging as it is exactly the same as the one i took 12 months ago. Now, it may be that it is technically still correct, but some variety might be a bit more stimulatiing?

On criticism, I do not see the merit in asking somebody the percentage of occurrences of a certain type of incident. This should not be memory test and this does not help raise awareness.

Would much rather be provided with a sheet containing details and bullet points. Training took too long to complete and fit around my duties. Random questions during the informational portion of the training were annoying. Most of this is common sense the only new thing learned was the statistics for accidents that account for workplace injuries.

Skipped through most aspects and still got 95% !!! just shows its common sense and does not really need 40 odd minutes of valuable time

If you've done Fire, Display screen equipment, coshh etc, its the same repeating just do all individual or altogether doing both seem pointless

You can pass the test without watching the videos. Most of this is common sense.

Too much statistic information and not enough practical knowledge

That was a complete waste of time. I know it is supposed to cover the basics. And get every one to the same page but I have just wasted 30mins of my life doing that.
