Informative, but unneccessarily verbose.

In essence: keep it simple, stupid. This sort of technocratic language can be quite off-putting. The first few videos caught my interest, but about 20 minutes in I found it difficult to keep my eyes open. Lots of this stuff is only tangentially related to everyday office work and therefore reduces the interest and credibility of the vast amount of relevant information you do present.A three minute video on how to pick up and put down a box would be too much even for a lifting-and-putting-things-down novice. For the general population it's boring. However, the website design, the tone of the presenter, and the overall production of your material is pitch perfect.
