The content was well presented in that it was in digestible chunks. It was presented in ways to suit different learning styles - visual, audio and followed up with written summary. Presenter had a good voice. I liked the graphics. Got thrown by some questions, but was doing it too fast. It was useful for me as a councillor, but probably more useful for officers. It would be good to have a follow up with some talking-head councillors giving relevant experience from organisations they are involved in.
Easy to follow course but a lot of information to retain with many things being similar in content but with different wording so hard to recall all the information for the test.
