Double negative questions
There are lots of double negatives when it comes to the exam questions which means some folks may find it a challenge to pass the exam even though they understand their data protection responsibilities. Perhaps more scenario based exam questions could be used.

it is a lot of listening to information in one go. Maybe break up the sections/principles with more questions.
