I found this course very informative but very confusing as there were lots of titles to remember and some layers of umbrella legislation so it was stressful. Basically it just boiled down to respecting confidentiality and asking your manager if you are not sure.

The course looked at the 7 principles of the GDPR, in other words how data should be used, stored, limited, be adequate, accurate and relevant and dealt with integrity and in confidence. It also explained who is accountable and how. It then went on to look at the various rights that individuals have and how they can exercise those rights in different circumstances.
It helped me a lot and also gave me information i didnt even know about. I feel a lot better now i have completed it.

Easy to follow and very informative. Some very important information provided.
Covers the subject well, but the answers required in the test are worded so simply that it is too easy to pass without having paid attention to the presentation, and therefore many people will simply pay lip service to it.
Useful information delivered in a concise manner.
