I found the training really helpful and the content was clear. The only part I struggled with was having to complete six online courses within 6–8 hours, especially with the 100% pass requirement. It made the day feel a bit rushed and stressful. I also wanted to mention that one course might show a longer completion time because my laptop was left on while the module was still open. Overall, the training was good — having a little more time or spreading the courses out would make it even better.

Simple
This was very simple and easy to understand. I have dyslexia and it was broken down perfectly and the questions in the videos I thought was great as you could clarify with yourself that you understood what you were learning. Full of information and chopped into bite size pieces.
