The course had a lot of terminology to learn and the questions asked in the test were trying to catch you out rather then help you.

Out of date.
Reference to the EU made in the context of the EU being a member.
Course was difficult to understand and could be improved by having more recap style questions throughout. This would then have helped when completing the final summative test. Other courses from this training company have been very good with lots of recap activities throughout.
No problem watching the videos, but although I worked through all 16 slides, I wasn't allowed to access the test - without contacting your helpdesk - who were very helpful.

This would be much better if it tested prior knowledge first and then concentrated on gaps, otherwise it is is time wasting and and inefficient at truly refreshing knowledge.
Designed for those new to work and processing data
The training is concise and easy to follow. The questions are straight forward, and do include some common sense answers. The relevance is questionable, and can be breached, without accountability? (eg confidential details left on printers & copiers by mistake?)
