Key detail BURIED in too much context

Key detail BURIED in too much CONTEXT. Valuable information and tips for ensuring correct conduct under GDPR is in here, however, the course implies that employees only need to know where to point / ask when they have a GDPR event in there work and the option for further detail is a "read at your leisure" option. The presentation is, as usually, very on point and accessible - just a mess where the aims and objectives lay. Hopefully this course will undergo a redo before approx. 2yrs time!

3/5
not completely relevant to my role

Some of these sections were interesting to know but irrelevant in me complying with and implementing GDPR. While I respect this information is relevant to some roles I do not work with selling or passing on information - I work with students and children and I only have access to information that they choose to sahre with me. Therefore there should be modular sections to be selected relevant to individuals' role. A test that asks if I know how much a fine is does not assess my understanding of my role and how to ensure I fulfill it.

Not as interesting...

Not as interesting but has to be done!

Challenging

I found this course very informative but very confusing as there were lots of titles to remember and some layers of umbrella legislation so it was stressful. Basically it just boiled down to respecting confidentiality and asking your manager if you are not sure.

Well laid out but tedious

After the first 2 slides, I turned off the sound and ran the rest in the background whilst playing a computer game. Still i scored 95% because it's just common sense. There is no need for a course.

Too long

The training is too long and could be made more relevant with examples of an education setting. The 7 principles could be explained in basic language so that it is easier to understand and view in the context of the delegate.

3/5
Very informative

Lots of information to take in.would be nice to have more questions jotted onto individual slides to know as going along, information is understood and taken in.

3/5
All knowledge was not needed

Needs to be adapted to teaching assistants who work with SEN pupils
