I finished the course and got an email to say so, but it's saying in progress and never got my certificate, not doing again. Not happy.

It's a hard subject to jazz up but I found this particular course pretty self explanatory and boring.
Although it was useful to have subtitles and points where you could click for further information, the widespread use of jargon made this user unfriendly; your definitions need to be much more in laymans terms. For something it is a duty for us all to know, this was way too length and wordy.
