My team already hold a level 3 CIEH certificate and I have been looking for an online course help them refresh their training. Your course was perfect to do this, allowing the chefs to complete it when it suited them. I was really please with all the areas covered throughout the course and even where you are told to take a break. Some areas of the course do not align themselves with the HACCP system we have in operation here but, that is to be expected because everywhere is different. Thank you for providing a good training course.
The content was excellent and easy to understand with many useful resources and checklists. I particularly appreciated the built in breaks which made the course manageable within a busy schedule.

I felt more than half of the course was covering L1&2 modules. While a recap is always great, the content could be more advanced overall.
