Whilst much is common sense in good hygiene, I have learnt some food safety and hygiene facts as a result of completing this training programme, that I didn't know.

I found the course really interesting , especially as I learnt a number of new things.The gentleman instructor on our course was very helpful . I asked him a number of questions which he was able to answer thoroughly. I found the content relevant to our organisation and consider that the subject was extremely well covered. Thank you !

Considering I wasn't interested in doing the course on a computer I actually enjoyed this course!

Liked the chance of stopping and starting as I had time. Clear presentation, easy to follow, simple to operate. Covered all important areas. Downside - program kept giving up on me so had to keep restarting. Other staff got to within 5 minutes of the end and program failed so had to restart.

The information will help me to refresh and help me to have a clear understanding of Food safety & hygiene training level 2. Thank you.

They guy talking you through it was a usefull tool

As interesting as this subject matter could be. Liked the visuals, always helpful. Well narrated with interactive stuff inbetween. I think it's all gone in.

An easy way to refresh your memory and to the point preferred if to a half day refresher. Tutor very helpful and friendly.

I found this way of learning very good! A few technical hitches with the programme but all in all a good experience! Very quick and easy to use!

I thought the way it was developed was great, easy to follow, could have the odd break when feeling a bit overloaded or in need of a stretch.Great job.
