I never knew that there were so many thing that can go wrong in the kitchen so this programme was an eye-opener. I would certainly recommend it to my friends.
Good will now use for training of other staff in kitchen.I used it first as a refresher just to keep me up to date and on my toes ! Well written and put across ,user friendly .
