Simple to use interface, easy test, my only issue is a video tutor. The option should be given for a spoken or written tutor, rather than just a subtitle button, as some people such as myself, learn better this way.

I enjoyed partaking in the h&s 2 training course,not only did it enhance my employment prospects within the catering industry,it also supplied myself with valuable knowledge with regard to personal hygiene within my own kitchen.the course was delivered in a relaxed and humorous way which was appreciated by myself and fellow participants.

I found the whole programme interesting and easy to listen to and understand.

Good end of section summaries. Spoken information too fast. Lots of spelling mistakes theoughout. TOPS card activity was a good idea but then should have completed with some questions about the information given. I also think you should review the order in which the information is delivered.
