I make a lot coursers of this kind, and this one, was very easy to understand, they explain everything about the risk you can have in the kitchen.

I am deaf and i use the Translate to read the training which does help

I wanted to take the test again but you have to sit through all 62 slides again maybe you should change this so we don't have to

Have repeated done this course for work and my Christmas Volunteering role. Very easy to use. Available in a multitute of languages too which is great for out multi-ligula kitchen staff. If I ever get stuck, ihasco's customer service team are always there to help.

I found the actual content of this course very interesting however it was mostly all videos of a man talking with a few bits of written information. This became boring incredibly quickly and I struggled to focus to take everything in. There were two written sections which were dry and dull. Having different ways of learning would improve this course dramatically. It's fine as a refresher but for someone learning this for the first time it's very poor.

Good that you can go back to each slide if not sure or don't understand the questions along with the set up of slides which you can go back into to listen again.

The course itself gave me a greater insight into what's involved behind the scenes whilst working within a business surrounding company, making it safe for human consumption.
