Easy to understand.

This is the best Food Hygiene Training I have completed - it is a tedious subject, but this training rattles through it at a good pace, but you are also able to go back if you need to!

I found the content of the training package to be very thorough but at the same time easy to follow and got the main important points over very clearly and in a way easy to remember with good use of spoken, text and graphics.

Information delivered both verbally and in written format allows for people of all learning styles to access the information. Providing the training and the test online makes it more convenient to fit in with working patterns. I also valued the way you could recap any section before taking the test. I would definitely recommend this programme to others. Thank you for providing me with this opportunity as I find test situations daunting normally.

A very thorough and useful delivery covering all necessary information

Helped me gain some essential knowledge about food safety and hygiene. The teaching style helped a lot with easy to follow videos and then written summary at the end. Great having the questions and test to ensure knowledge has sunk in.
