great course! for the test the system a little slow clicked on an answer in error wanted to change option but already locked in choice. would be good if you could allow to change answer prior to submitting result.

I was really impressed with the course I learnt a lot on the food safety and hygiene course it covered all the basics of what I need to know thank you
I’ve always considered myself a little obsessive regarding food and kitchen hygiene but there are an embarrassing number of ways I can make improvements. I hadn’t realised that you shouldn’t eat a rare burger. I haven’t been as meticulous as I should about sterilising taps, light switches and door handles. Thank you for this excellent and educational training delivered in jargon-free straightforward language.

It was a very informative and thorough course which covered all the subjects that I needed without making it boring. I found the course very enjoyable and liked the fact that it was broken down into lots of short, easy to digest sections which enabled you to take in the information quickly and made it easier to remember to key facts.
