Very time consuming when working in a busy environment but very useful too
It was set out in a logical way, with questions before the final test. Maybe .. more interaction and testing throughout the course could be useful.

good variety of questions at the end and during the course.The only thing that is not great is that the images of the fridge show that eggs are to be kept in the fridge. If we lived in America this would be correct but in the UK eggs should not be put in the fridge so this is giving false informationOther than tis it was very useful and interesting

I liked this course as it was useful in every aspects. I think it has incredible resourceful information for beginners and starters. I hope everyone finds it useful as me. This is a must for every one who seeks jobs in food departments.
