Very informative,

Very informative, 70 min clip too long, although informative, many aspects not relevant to the area I manage

Just concerned about the fact that gluten isn't only in wheat. it's also in barley, rye and oats.Otherwise a very good course Thank you!

The course was very informative, detailed and well explained and presented. It is a tad lengthy but had to be to cover all areas.

confusing questioning

I wish you wouldn't deliberately make the questions so confusing to read . Having done a lot of Level 2 Food Safety hygiene courses in the past i feel like this course could have had better and more relevant questions for the final test. However overall it was good.

good course, very informative

overall was a good course however i gave it four stars because it would have been nice if it was more interactive, for example mini games to illustrate what is being learnt.

I found the training to be thorough and informative. Unfortuately my sound wasnt working and I had to go through all the reading notes. Slide 26 also got stuck on buffering and I had to contact IHasco to move the slide on.

Good course

Parts of course I wanted to go over again however found on iPhone it was difficult to just ‘rewind’ and had to go back and rewatch a complete section
