Personally I thought this course was very good however is very time consuming. I managed to complete the course but it did take more than an hour to complete. But now I have an award at 85% which I am pleased with.

this course was quite good, but some of the questions do not appertain to worrking in a school kitchen.The question are totally different to what the EHO officers tell staff that work in school kitchen.
It was interesting to see how much I actually knew about Food Safety and Hygiene.
