I found this course easy to follow. The videos were informative and weren't too long.
This course was very informative. I learnt a lot. Some I knew. Some was basic and some I thought I knew but didn't. Going forward I have a better understanding of what is required of myself and my staff.
Very good course, though I feel maybe a few more interactive points throughout would be good. Especially for kinesthetic learners like me! But overall enjoyable. 😊
