I thought that the training was presented in an easy to understand way, I think more interactive sections would be useful in holding the viewer's attention. However, one advantage of having less written material to follow and having the information largely presented either verbally or using illustrations/footage, is that hopefully this will be more accessible to staff who are eg dyslexic.

Didn't realise till half way through that I was supposed click on the additional notes. But overall very interesting.
I enjoy the course there was a lot more to it then I thought it opened my eyes to what go’s on behind the Sean’s
